What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize Figma and Canva to create compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and X (Twitter), to enhance community engagement and brand presence.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or consumer sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Canva for creating high-quality marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and proven experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Preferred
- Experience in mental health care or related industries.

Compensation and Benefits
