Marketing Coordinator
Department Sales & Marketing

Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities across the resort.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that all marketing communication, campaigns and materials reflect the hotel’s brand standards and commercial priorities. The position works closely with the Sales Manager and internal departments, while coordinating day-to-day marketing activities and cooperation with external creative partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, seasonal offers and promotional activities across hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Marina and Events).
• Coordinate the preparation and production of marketing collaterals including brochures, digital visuals, banners and promotional materials.
• Prepare and edit marketing copy such as promotional descriptions, PR texts, newsletters and website content.
• Coordinate content updates on the hotel website and support preparation of content for social media channels.
• Organize and maintain the hotel’s photo and video library and assist with promotional photo and video shoots.
• Coordinate cooperation with external designers, photographers, agencies and print suppliers, including preparation of briefs and follow-up on production timelines.
• Collect promotional inputs from internal departments and support internal coordination related to marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, hospitality or communications is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good written communication skills for promotional and PR content.
• Basic understanding of brand standards and visual identity.
• Intermediate professional English (written and spoken) – required
• Fluent in local language (Montenegrin/Serbian/Croatian) – required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
