Marketing Internship (m/f/d)

PHARMACEUTICAL MARKETING INTERNSHIP (m/f/d)

Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and motivated trainees for a 6-month internship as Pharmaceutical Marketing Interns in the Marketing Chapter.

He/she will be involved in a project to support the team in marketing activities related to the definition and implementation of the brand strategy and will have the opportunity to discuss all related activities with colleagues.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the promotion of products assigned
• Contribute to develop the brand strategies to achieve plan objectives
• Create promotional materials/services and digital campaign
• Prepare and participate in local and global meetings
• Support the team in introducing new approaches to pharmaceutical marketing
• Contribute to marketing automation to optimize marketing processes
• Work with senior colleagues to develop necessary support for cross-functional project teams and sales force meetings

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, creativity and proactivity with an analytical approach
• A willingness to challenge yourself, adapt to new situations and learn quickly is required
• Digital skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
