At Eatable Adventures, we believe that building strong, engaged communities is key to driving innovation in the AgrifoodTech sector—and we’re looking for a Marketing Intern ready to dive in and make a real impact.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support clearly defined marketing and communication tasks that contribute to the Innovation Hub’s visibility and community engagement.

This is an entry-level internship role, designed for learning and skill development. You will work under close supervision, following established guidelines, processes, and priorities, while receiving continuous feedback from the team and collaborating with the Communications team at Eatable Adventures.

What you’ll support:

Social media & community support

  • Support the execution of content plans for Colombia Agrifood Innovation Hub social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing content following predefined calendars and guidelines.
  • Monitor comments and messages and support responses under supervision.
  • Help identify relevant ecosystem actors and communities using predefined criteria.

Content creation support

  • Assist in creating basic visual and written content aligned with Colombia Agrifood Innovation Hub’s brand and storytelling (posts, stories, reels, infographics, short articles).
  • Adapt existing content to different formats and channels following clear instructions.
  • Support event coverage tasks (photos, short videos, live posts), with guidance from the team.

Campaign & coordination support

  • Support coordination tasks with the Eatable Adventures communication team, following established processes.
  • Assist in the execution of digital campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, with validation from the team before execution.

Reporting & learning

  • Support data collection for monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, basic growth metrics).
  • Assist in organizing information and preparing simple summaries under guidance.
  • Learn how insights are used to improve content and engagement strategies.

Tu perfil

Knowledge & experience

Education & Interest – Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields, with a strong interest in startups, innovation, or the food-tech space.
Previous academic, personal, or volunteer experience with social media or content creation is a plus, but not required.
**It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement.

Basic practical knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe, and/or Figma.

Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Interest in content creation, storytelling, and digital communication.
No advanced or specialized knowledge required — training and guidance will be provided.

Languages – Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken). Italian or other languages are a plus!
