THE ROLE
About the Role
The Regional Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the regional team with daily operations, ensuring effective communication, organizing sample redistribution, event management support and assisting with detailed market and retail analyses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Reports:
Track and consolidate market reports from local markets for regional & global teams.
Present findings in an organized format for easy reference and strategy planning.
Trend Analysis:
Analyze market and beauty trends to provide insights.
Consolidate trend data to support decision-making processes.
Beaute Research Utilization:
Leverage Beaute Research to compile brand rankings.
Monitor door productivity and product performance.
Analyze trends to highlight opportunities for growth and improvement.
Marketing Communication Support:
Assist in daily regional communication tasks.
Sample Redistribution:
Organize and manage the redistribution of product samples.
Ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of sample movements.
Event Management Support:
Assist in organising regional events from logistics to venue bookings etc.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2026) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
