As a Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside our Marketing team to bring creative ideas to life, from designing eye-catching visuals and managing social media to supporting client events and employer branding campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media visuals, digital banners, event collaterals, presentations, and promotional assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Assist in managing the company's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) by preparing content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining content calendars.

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing events, including logistics, registrations, venue setup, photography, and post-event follow-up.

• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and event suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

• Assist in sourcing quotations, and tracking production timelines for marketing projects.

• Maintain and organise marketing assets, photos, videos, and promotional materials.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing activities and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
