Job Description

We love coffee and we’re looking for a professional, who is passionate about making a good cup of coffee, and cares about the customers they're serving. If this is also your career goal, then welcome to PJ's Coffee Vietnam, we've been waiting!

As an operations intern, you will be assisting other senior team members in a multitude of activities, ranging from sales and marketing to employee engagement and development.

Working office: TRG International Office, 145-147 Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC or working virtually under permission of the Manager

Please note: This is an unpaid internship and the interns are required to start immediately.

What does a successful Human Resources Intern look like?

This internship is customizable to best fit your career goal. You can choose to dedicate yourself to a specific role of desire.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct content planning and execute F&B events/promotions/ campaigns.

  • Research and curate informative and engaging content for website, blog, social

  • channels.

  • Provide support for the design team with photography.

  • Plan and write content on channels; respond to customer comments and messages on

  • social platforms.

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to unify monthly and quarterly promotions and

  • campaign schemes.

  • Review performance on social channels and suggest solutions for improvement

  • periodically.

  • Document work processes, suggest periodic process improvement.

What you need

  • A willingness to learn and grow

  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and/ or customer service

  • A genuine passion for coffee and delighting customers

  • Well-organized, detail and result-oriented, and able to multitask

  • A proactive and adaptive team player

  • Proficient in various computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, order fulfillment, etc.

  • Comfortable with speaking and writing in English
