Job Description

MOTOR Information Systems is seeking a highly analytical, curious, tech-forward Marketing Intern to support our Revenue Marketing Operations team at the intersection of data analytics, AI, and target market intelligence. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to support market segmentation, account identification, data enrichment, AI-assisted analysis, and go-to-market insights that influence real revenue outcomes.

Summer 2026 | 11 weeks | 35 hours/week | $20/hour | On-site/Hybrid

Market & Account Intelligence

  • Support target market segmentation across automotive industry segments using ZoomInfo and enrichment workflows in Clay.

  • Help refine ICP and buyer personas using structured data and behavioral signals.

  • Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts through modeling, enrichment, and validation.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze marketing and sales data in HubSpot and Salesforce to spot trends and growth opportunities.

  • Support reporting on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.

  • Assist with data normalization and validation across CRM and marketing platforms to improve accuracy.

AI & Automation Support

  • Use AI tools for enrichment, research, summarization, and classification.

  • Assist with AI-driven workflows for market research and account analysis (including Clay-based automation).

  • Help document and improve repeatable AI-assisted marketing processes.

Revenue Marketing Operations

  • Support CRM data hygiene, segmentation logic, and campaign readiness across HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with demand generation and sales enablement on go-to-market initiatives.

  • Help prep insights for executive dashboards, reporting, and leadership presentations.

What you’ll gain

  • Exposure to enterprise platforms including ZoomInfo, Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  • Portfolio-ready deliverables (segmentation outputs, insights summaries, process documentation, and reporting).

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.

  • Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or BI tools.

  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and enrichment/automation workflows.

  • Interest in B2B, SaaS, or automotive/technology industries.

Support & structure

  • Direct mentorship and weekly check-ins.

  • Clear milestones and defined deliverables.

  • Final presentation or summary of outcomes at the end of the internship.
