This role is ideal for someone interested in retail marketing, community engagement, and digital execution within a fast-paced, purpose-driven grocery organization.
As a marketing intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns that directly impact store traffic, customer engagement, and brand perception across our banners
Key Responsibilities
Assist in execution of weekly ad campaigns, digital promotions, and in-store signage
Support content creation for social media, email, and website updates
Help coordinate community events, partnerships, and local store activations
Assist with loyalty and digital marketing initiatives (app, CRM, coupons)
Conduct competitive research and track local market trends
Support reporting on campaign performance (traffic, engagement, redemption)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, store operations, and IT
Provide general project support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in retail, grocery, or consumer marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or basic design tools
Experience with social media content creation or analytics
Interest in data, reporting, or customer insights
