Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the team in managing marketing projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination with clients and partners.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, meeting notes, and other project materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support project execution and ensure timelines are followed.
• Support the development and execution of marketing, branding, and communication activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor research, and information gathering to support ongoing projects.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular updates to the team.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and support follow-up actions when required.
• Assist in brainstorming ideas and supporting content or campaign development.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
• Support other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or Project Coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Previous internship or extracurricular experience related to marketing or communications is a plus.
