Location

We are looking for a Marketing Intern based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of working). This is a full-time, 12-month internship position.

As a Marketing Intern within the EMEA Regional Marketing team, you will support the Regional Automation Specialist and Marketing Managers with campaign execution and day-to-day marketing operations. You will work closely with an international team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, bringing a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), our marketing automation platform, is central to our landing pages, forms, emails, and data management activities. Previous experience with SFMC would be a strong advantage, but not essential – we will provide training and the opportunity to develop new skills.

What You Will Do

Marketing Automation & Campaign Support

• Create and publish landing pages, registration forms, and Salesforce Campaigns for events and webinars
• Set up and manage webinars in GoToWebinar, including reminder emails and post-event communications
• Support campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including emails, forms, and data extensions

Email Marketing & Data Management

• Prepare and send e-newsletters to targeted audiences
• Create data extensions and manage contact list imports within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Coordination & Content Support

• Maintain workflow trackers daily and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Translate emails and landing pages where required using translation tools and/or language skills
• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines
• Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring to The Team:

• Currently studying for a Marketing or business-related degree
• Previous experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desired
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

About the Team

You will work alongside a group of skilled and driven colleagues, supporting them with the execution and digital set up of events in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa). Lead by the Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA, the team consists of 10 people:

- 5x Regional Marketing Managers

- 4x Channel Marketing Managers

- 1x Marketing Automation Specialist
