Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across a variety of initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis while working closely with experienced marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration aspect of preparing proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing presentations (RFQs/RFPs)
• Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, project sheets, and resumes
• Organize and curate photography, renderings, and graphic assets
• Conduct market, competitor, or award research as needed
• Assist with event coordination, award submissions, and internal marketing initiatives
• Perform general administrative and organizational support for the marketing team

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
