Job Description

The Marketing Intern supports the execution of marketing events and field initiatives that drive pipeline and brand engagement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed to provide exposure to event marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist with preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities to help ensure Sales and Marketing teams are effectively supported before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars Assist in preparing event materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and booth assets Coordinate event logistics, including shipping, inventory tracking, timelines, and ordering promotional items Support Sales readiness by organizing materials and assisting with pre-event preparation Support the development of briefs, talk tracks, and follow-up templates Assist with post-event activities, including lead organization, recap documentation, and asset updates Maintain and organize sales and event materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to coordinate requests and deliverables Assist with meeting scheduling and day-to-day project coordination Track tasks and timelines using tools such as Asana to help keep work on schedule Contribute ideas to improve processes and event execution Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in event marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn
