Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (Home-Based)
Duration: June - August
Pay: $14.00 – $20.00/hour
The Opportunity
The skilled trades have a branding problem—we are here to fix it. As our Marketing Intern, you will help tell the story of Work With Your Handz and our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating content that makes the trades look as professional and lucrative as they actually are.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Produce "Day in the Life" social media content and candidate-facing newsletters.
Trade School Outreach: Research and coordinate partnerships with vocational schools and trade programs across the US.
Internal Branding: Assist HR in creating "Total Rewards" summaries and culture-focused posts that help us retain our top talent.
Campaign Support: Help manage job board aesthetics and branding to ensure high applicant conversion rates.
Requirements
Current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Public Relations.
Proficiency in social media platforms and a "visual eye" for professional branding.
Strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical trade jargon into compelling stories.
