About the job
In the Marketing Intern role, you will support CZ and SK Brand and Shopper Marketing teams in the development and execution of activations of LOVE brands, with the aim to execute on our strategic priorities and contribute to driving brand equity. Every day will be filled with exciting challenge/s, developing new skills, and achieving personal growth. You will support brand teams in creating on-line campaigns, off-line and instore brand activations, build brand content in coordination with creative & media agencies guided by Brand, Digital & Shopper managers.
Main responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Have ownership of your own strategic project and be coached by your manager
Support brand campaigns by activations on brand pages and linking into e-com rich content
Create content (& content plans) in cooperation with partners & activation across different online channels
Assure internal approval of content
Support brand and shopper teams in instore brand activation
Support purpose led offline brand activations
Support brand PR activation
About you
Passion for marketing and curiosity to learn more
Interest in Brand&shopper marketing, digital
Personality with strong communication skills and focused on analytics
Education: Active University student (ideally 4th year of Uni education)
Languages: Czech/Slovak as native speaker and advanced English are a must

Your responsibilities:
Supporting the team in developing communication strategies and building strong brand image
Co-creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital & media), including:
– reviewing media plans prepared by the media agency
– ensuring implementation of digital creative effectiveness best practices
Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Managers, eCommerce, CMI, Medical/Regulatory teams, as well as with external partners such as media agencies, creative agencies, and influencers
Monitoring digital campaign performance, analyzing data, drawing insights, and preparing reports and presentations
Supporting digital content and asset management
Participating in media/digital transformation projects
Handling ad-hoc projects supporting the daily work of Digital & Media Managers
Actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with brand teams and the global media team
About you:
A student or recent graduate (preferred fields: Marketing, Management, Economics, or related)
Availability of at least 32 hours per week – this is essential
Someone eager to learn, engaged, and not afraid to ask questions
A person with strong analytical thinking skills and confidence working with data
Proactive, independent, communicative, and comfortable working in a team environment
Very good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
Initial experience in marketing (internships, traineeships, student organizations, academic projects)
Interest in digital marketing, media, social media, or e-commerce
