Job Title: Marketing Intern
Reporting to: Renmin Xie, Regional Marketing Senior Manager, Consumer Beauty APAC
The Regional Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the regional marketing team with daily operations, ensuring effective communication, organizing sample redistribution, and assisting with detailed market analyses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Communication Support:
Assist in daily marketing communication tasks.
Sample Redistribution:
Organize and manage the redistribution of product samples.
Ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of sample movements.
Market Reports:
Track and consolidate market reports regularly.
Present findings in an organized format for easy reference and strategy planning.
Trend Analysis:
Analyze market and beauty trends to provide insights.
Consolidate trend data to support decision-making processes.
Data Platform Utilization:
Key Platforms: Euromonitor, BeauteResearch
Leverage on data platform to compile marketing size and research.
Market analysis and recommendations.
Gather data from countries to provide insightful marketing understanding.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship (Jul 2026 to Dec 2026)
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
