Job Description

This role is a hands-on opportunity to get out in the field, capture content, and gain a real understanding of the Wichita market. The individual will spend time alongside RYAN Pros, observing day-to-day operations and learning how our services come to life across properties and projects.

Responsibilities include capturing photo and video content in the field, assisting with marketing initiatives, and supporting efforts that highlight our services across digital platforms. This role will also contribute to local marketing efforts by helping identify opportunities to showcase work and connect with the Wichita community.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, is comfortable working outdoors, and has an eye for clean, engaging content. Throughout the experience, the individual will build practical marketing skills while supporting a wide range of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the Wichita team to learn about different departments and their needs
• Help capture, organize, and edit visual content for use across various marketing channels. This includes being out in the field learning from our RYAN Pros.
• Support a variety of marketing projects and contribute to initiatives as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, help manage materials and resources, and assist with day-to-day marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Licensed: A valid driver’s license is required
• Academically Inclined: We prefer candidates that are currently studying Marketing or a related field.
• Ambitious & Eager to Learn: You should be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic photography or video editing skills
• Experience using Adobe or Canva for basic graphic design
• Comfortable with Google Workspace products including Docs, Sheets and Slides
