Marketing Insights and Analytics Manager - Customer Segmentation - all genders

To lead the vision, development, and adoption of the customer segmentation platform while also analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable use cases. The role balances strategic ownership with hands-on requirements and analysis, ensuring the platform delivers high-value customer segmentation to drive marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

2.1 Product Ownership

  • Leads & executes insight projects, presenting results with impact, influencing decision making and driving follow through with teams while managing and prioritizing resource budget within scope for maximum impact.
  • Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for the segmentation platform.
  • Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (marketing, sales, business) and the Data Science & Advanced Analytics (DSAA) team.
  • Own adoption, usage, and business impact > develop KPIs for adoption

2.2 Business Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for segmentation use cases.
  • Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and success criteria and identifies opportunities to drive a superior customer performance and growth
  • Document and validate segmentation logic, customer attributes, and data requirements (in collaboration with DSAA team)
  • Work closely with data engineers and scientists to ensure data availability, quality, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborates with wider MI&A community to team up to win and build upon learnings and best practices across the community as well as with external partner for effective collaboration for maximum impact
  • Synthesizes large sets of data from diverse sources—including customer, marketing, competitor, and business dynamics—into concise, clear insight stories that answer key business questions and deliver impactful support for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

2.3. Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and CX teams to ensure the platform supports campaigns, personalization, and targeting
  • Facilitate workshops to define segmentation needs and future enhancements.
  • Manage trade-offs and communicate decisions transparently with stakeholders.

2.4. Data & Platform Governance

  • Ensure data is used responsibly, complying with data privacy regulations i.e., manage platform access rules
  • Define and maintain consistent customer data taxonomies and segment definitions
  • Support governance forums on data access, usage, and platform scalability – guide DSAA team to execute

2.5 Agile Delivery

  • Own the product backlog and lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Provide clarification to technical team throughout the sprint and accept/reject completed work.
  • Support testing efforts by defining acceptance criteria and validating functionality.

2.6 Continuous Improvement

  • Collect user feedback and monitor platform adoption metrics
  • Benchmark against industry practices and evolve capabilities (e.g., AI-driven segmentation, real-time personalization).
  • Actively drive enhancements to increase platform value across the business.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consumer Behavior or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or equivalent.
  • Very comfortable working with senior marketeers, senior business stakeholders and market representatives.
  • Able to manage stakeholders within own profession and in other functions.
  • Demonstrates clear business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and fact-based decision making.
  • Data Storyteller: Agile with large amounts of data (qualitative, quantitative, behavioral, secondary, etc.) --determining what’s important and distilling it into actionable insights.
  • Able to synthesize across multiple sources into a clear and concise story
  • Familiar with state-of-the-art analytics platforms and tools


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

This role is an office role in Warsaw.

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 234,500.00 PLN ( zł) 388,500.00 PLN ( zł) We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
