To lead the vision, development, and adoption of the customer segmentation platform while also analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable use cases. The role balances strategic ownership with hands-on requirements and analysis, ensuring the platform delivers high-value customer segmentation to drive marketing, sales, and customer success.

This role is an office role in Warsaw.
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 234,500.00 PLN ( zł) –388,500.00 PLN ( zł) We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
