Marketing Innovation Manager (all genders)
full-time position in our Marketing Factory in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Development and implementation of market launch strategies for Edenred‘s EV products to achieve a strong positioning in the
mobility ecosystem
Use of generative AI tools for faster campaign creation,
personalisation and content optimisation
Supporting sales and customer service with playbooks, customer reports and AI-assisted lead prioritisation
Creating impactful content on the topic of electric vehicles
(articles, videos, thought leadership)
Analysing competitors and market trends in the EV sector and
deriving actionable recommendations
Your profile:
Degree in business administration, marketing, economics or
similar, as well as at least 3 years of experience in product or
digital marketing, ideally in mobility, energy or technology
Very good knowledge of the EV market and its acceptance
barriers, as well as practical experience or interest in AI-supported marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong team player, proactive, adaptable and strong
communication and project management skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
