We are looking for a Growth and Lifecycle Analyst to join the BR Growth team at BlaBlaCar on a permanent contract starting May 2026.
As Growth and Lifecycle Analyst, your role will be to orchestrate our multichannel strategy, merging mainly Lifecycle marketing (CRM) with Social Media execution to upscale our audience and achieve our challenging goals for 2026, identifying and prioritizing the largest multi-modal growth opportunities
You will be reporting to the Growth Senior Lead and working with a team of 2 local people and up to 4 people from a global team.
Proven experience in Lifecycle Marketing and Social Media management.
Strong copywriting skills with a "growth-hacking" mindset (test-and-learn).
Analytical proficiency (ability to interpret cohort data and ROI).
Fluent in English for daily interaction with global product and marketing leads.
