Skillsta is an app that helps people worldwide improve their social skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranks among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.
You will join the Paid Media Design team, part of the Creative Marketing Team (CMT), which includes Paid Media, Owned Media, Creative Strategy, Video Production, and Collaborative Marketing.
The Paid Media Design team consists of 16 designers focused on building high-performing marketing creatives, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful approaches. The team actively collaborates, shares expertise, and continuously grows together.

— Create high-converting static ad creatives for the Skillsta app
— Analyze creative performance and generate hypotheses for improvement
— Collaborate with creative marketers and contribute to brainstorming sessions
— Research competitors, trends, and emerging creative approaches
— Generate ideas that can influence product features and content
— Share expertise and contribute to the team’s knowledge base
— Have 1+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in marketing)
— Work confidently with Figma and its plugins
— Understand composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
— Adapt designs across formats (stories, feeds, etc.)
— Use AI tools for content creation
— Pay strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work quickly
— Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively
— Manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines
— Learn quickly and adapt to change
— Align with the values of our team ( SELECT)
— Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product
