Our Marketing Team offering

Are you ready to launch your marketing career in the energy sector? Rystad Energy is offering a unique opportunity to join our Marketing Graduate Program, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines in a fast-paced, global organization.

As part of this program, you will rotate through five key areas:

Brand Marketing

• Shape and protect the Rystad Energy brand across all markets and platforms
• Support the development of brand campaigns and visual identity
• Work on the planning and execution of global and regional events
• Support regional brand marketing efforts to ensure local relevance and consistency

Media & Communications

• Contribute to our corporate messaging and external media engagement
• Support the creation and promotion of Rystad Energy’s podcast
• Help craft narratives for thought leadership, press, and internal communications
• Collaborate on regional communication initiatives and media outreach

Growth Marketing

• Test and optimize performance marketing channels for lead generation
• Contribute to digital campaigns and analytics-driven strategies
• Support efforts around SEO, paid search, AI-driven content, and website development
• Assist in evolving our social media strategy across platforms
• Help adapt and localize growth initiatives to support regional business goals

Product & Segment Marketing

• Translate complex data into compelling, market-relevant messaging
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies
• Work on integrating market insights to tailor segment campaigns
• Help produce sales enablement materials aligned with product positioning
• Assist in regional product marketing activities tailored to key market needs

Client Marketing

• Collaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
• Design personalized outreach and engagement campaigns
• Support community-building efforts to deepen client relationships
• Support regional client marketing programs to drive engagement and retention

Who we’re looking for

• Recent Masters graduate (or graduating in 2026) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and contribute from day one
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, creative, and analytical
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and marketing automation platforms, with curiosity about how AI can streamline content, research, and campaign workflows.
• Hands-on video editing and production experience (Premiere, or similar), able to shoot and edit content for social and campaign use.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A self-starter with a global outlook and sharp attention to detail
