ESB Marketing Graduate Development Programme 2027
As a Marketing Graduate you will be part of the Marketing team in ESB’s Customer Solutions and ESB Networks businesses. The Customer Solutions team is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans to support both the Electric Ireland and ESB brands. The team delivers a full suite of award-winning marketing services to the ESB Group, including the development and implementation of marketing plans, Above the Line and Below the Line communications, PR, sponsorship, event management, digital marketing and stakeholder engagement. Successful candidates will be rotated across our Marketing, Sponsorship and Digital Marketing functions within the Customer Solutions team and the Corporate and Regulatory team in Corporate Centre.
The ESB Networks Marketing team is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing initiatives for ESB Networks. This includes cross-channel campaigns, management of digital content and social media, handling of external stakeholder and public communications and driving internal communication and engagement efforts.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full spectrum of marketing and communications activities at Ireland’s leading Energy Company.

ESB’s Customer Solutions marketing team is primarily based in Swift Square, Santry, Dublin 9, but depending on your assignment you may also be based at ESB’s Head Office in Dublin 2 for a period of time. The ESB Networks marketing team are primarily based in 5 Leopardstown Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18.
Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.
