Our Financial Services Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Graduate.

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for customer engagement support and customer lifecycle communications, delivering lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer experience initiatives across BMW Financial Services.
  • You will drive the implementation of customer engagement programs and lifecycle initiatives in line with agreed marketing strategies.
  • You will support the execution of customer communications across key moments (onboarding, in-life, end-of-term) and help coordinate approvals to ensure compliance with legislative and brand requirements.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales, and Digital teams to plan, create briefs, and drive consistent customer messaging across approved channels.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and supporting the rollout of digital enhancements and updates to customer communications.
  • You will provide documentation support, assist with reporting and performance tracking, and help prepare briefs and materials for internal stakeholders.

What you should bring along?

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, customer experience, and lifecycle communications.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
