Are you a marketing graduate with around a year of industry experience and ready to take the next step in your career?

At Whytematter, we’re looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our agency environment, working closely alongside our media team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge of advertising and media while developing hands-on experience across campaign delivery and client support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the media team with day-to-day campaign administration

• Assisting with reporting, bookings, and campaign coordination

• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Helping ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met

• Providing general administrative support across media activity

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in marketing or a related discipline

• Around 1 year of experience in a marketing or agency setting

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Confident communication, both written and verbal

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Someone keen to build a long-term career within an agency environment
