Mission Overview:

The Marketing Expert role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (owned/earned/paid media) aligned with client strategy, focusing on omnichannel consistency and brand experience.
• Translate customer and market data (customer insights, market research) into actions that strengthen engagement and conversion.
• Work Agile: prioritize flexibly, test hypotheses, and continuously optimize (sprints, retrospectives). Learning and adapting is standard – the best campaigns arise from iterative innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams and external partners to maximize marketing impact.
• Plan and manage projects in a structured way (budget, deadlines) in a dynamic environment, with a hands-on mentality.
• Optimize digital sales journeys (conversion optimization) and drive lead generation through user-friendly touchpoints.
• Manage digital ecosystems (knowledge of Adobe Automation is an asset) and adapt strategies based on consumer behavior and emerging trends (e.g. hyper-personalization).
• Experiment with AI as part of daily work – technology helps scale quickly and personally.
• Design servicing and commercial campaigns and end-to-end customer journeys (customer journey mapping) aligned with needs and commercial goals, focusing on lifecycle management and CRM integration.
• Focus on permanent campaigning and predictive journey mapping: evolve from one-off actions to sustainable, data-driven communication and use AI to predict future customer needs.
• Identify friction points (growth marketing) in customer journeys and solve them with data-driven solutions – before the customer even notices.
• Measure and analyze customer campaign performance (KPIs, marketing analytics) and adjust for maximum impact.

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

• Master degree in Communication Economics or Marketing

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing/communication, preferably in the banking or financial sector (familiarity with complex customer journeys and regulatory frameworks).
• Expertise in performance marketing (SEA, SEO, programmatic), data-driven decision making (Google Analytics, CDPs), and optichannel strategies (integration of online/offline touchpoints).
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey optimization, and CRM principles.
• Experience with Adobe Automation (preferable)
• Knowledge of financial products/services (preferable)
• Agile experience (preferable)

Business Experience:

• Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry
• Strong organizational insight
