Job Description

Our client is a diversified group of companies with enterprises in Real Estate, F&B Healthcare and Retail sectors in the UAE are looking to hire a experienced Marketing Executives for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each sector within the Diversified Group, aligning with overall business objectives.
2. Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in each sector, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience (min 2 years) in marketing roles, preferably within a diverse business environment or across multiple industries[hospitality/retail/real estate] in the UAE.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
