As a subsidiary of Solarvest, a Bursa Malaysia-listed clean energy company, Vestech is backed by strong industry experience, technical expertise, and regional presence, while focusing on making solar and smart energy solutions more accessible to homeowners.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support Vestech’s marketing activities across digital, content creation, events and partnerships.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working on a variety of marketing tasks, from creating social media content and supporting lead generation campaigns to coordinating events, managing digital platforms, assisting with partnerships, and working closely with cross functional teams.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organised, and comfortable managing both creative and execution-based tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in planning and executing paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and other relevant channels.
• Support lead generation campaigns, including click-to-WhatsApp ads, landing pages, lead forms, and retargeting activities.
• Work with the Business Development team to understand customer pain points, campaign performance, and lead quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on leads, enquiries, conversion, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan and create content for Vestech’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Develop captions, social media copy, ad copy, campaign headlines, short video scripts, and customer-facing content.
• Coordinate with designers and support the production of static posts, carousels, reels, stories, ads, and marketing materials.
• Support photo/video shoots and ensure all content maintains a consistent brand tone, visual direction, and messaging.

3. Events & On-Ground Marketing

• Assist in event planning, logistics, booth setup, marketing materials, manpower coordination, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare event checklists, briefing documents, promotional materials, lead collection forms, and post-event reports.
• Support on-site event execution, including customer engagement, photo/video documentation, and lead collection.

4. Brand Partnership

• Identify potential brand partnership opportunities that can strengthen Vestech’s market presence, homeowner engagement, and lead generation efforts.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure partnership activities are aligned with Vestech’s brand direction and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, or campaign coordination.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or a good marketing portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable creating content for social media and digital platforms. Candidates with a portfolio or relevant creative work, such as designs, videos, or photography, are encouraged to share samples that best showcase their creativity.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating well with different teams.
