We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive Trainee to support marketing initiatives, promote eye care and optical services, coordinate outreach activities, and engage with customers across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the promotion of eye care services and optical products through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Assist in planning and coordinating eye screening camps and corporate marketing activities.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to expand the organization's customer reach.
• Handle online inquiries and customer communications through social media and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Assist with social media activities and basic digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the marketing team in organizing promotional activities and events.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and support overall brand visibility.
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
