Job Role

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business expansion toward Chinese manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia by acting as the key bridge between the company and Chinese-speaking clients. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting market penetration efforts within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

The position involves handling B2B sales activities for plastic raw materials and industrial solutions while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and overseas management teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development capabilities, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a highly relationship-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and acquire new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including prospecting, negotiation, after-sales support, and account maintenance.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support business expansion strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
  • Handle quotations, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and delivery coordination.
  • Conduct client visits and maintain strong long-term business relationships with corporate customers.
  • Support technical and commercial discussions related to industrial material applications.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams regarding order fulfillment and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for expanding market share within targeted manufacturing sectors.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience selling B2B products or handling corporate clients within industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
  • Familiarity with trading operations, import/export processes, and industrial supply chain coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials, industrial materials, or manufacturing applications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Business-level Mandarin proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to penetrate new markets and build new client networks.
  • Confident, independent, and capable of handling professional discussions with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide market-driven business insights.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and relationship management capability.
  • Own a car and valid driver's license for frequent client visits.
