KNOW THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Executive – Beauty to join the Brown Thomas Arnotts Marketing team. This role supports the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications across the Living & Home categories, showcasing our distinct edit of design-led and inspirational lifestyle brands.
Working closely with the Category Manager, you will coordinate campaign delivery, events, and brand activations across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills to ensure all marketing activity supports our Reinventing Retail vision and delivers exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications for the Beauty categories.
Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and CRM briefings to ensure smooth execution across all touchpoints.
Manage day-to-day campaign activity, including events, brand activations, and promotional content.
Collaborate with internal teams including Buying, Creative, Digital, PR, and CRM to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
Liaise with brand partners and external vendors to gather imagery, content, and information for digital and in-store use.
Assist with CRM activity such as emails and app pushes, ensuring all content is accurate and brand aligned.
Track and report on campaign performance, analysing results and providing insights to inform future activity.
Support the execution of in-store events and seasonal activations, ensuring flawless delivery.
Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and budget tracking.
Contribute creative ideas and insights to support category storytelling and customer engagement.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or retail environment, ideally within home or lifestyle categories.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Highly collaborative, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical with experience using data and insight to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand presentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Acts with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to Brown Thomas Arnotts’ Vision, Purpose, and Values.

Established in 1849, Brown Thomas was from the outset, a name that is synonymous with luxury, integrity and beauty. Arnotts is Ireland’s oldest and largest department store having opened its decorative, brass-clad doors way back in 1843 and since then has developed the premises into the 300,000 sq. foot store as it stands today.
