The company operates in the wall coverings and interior décor industry, specifically focused on premium surface design, wallpapers, and decorative finishes

About the Role:

A Marketing Executive is a hands-on professional responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns to promote products, services, or brands. They typically sit within a wider marketing team, reporting to a Marketing Manager, and focus on practical delivery rather than high-level strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Delivering marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, and print.

  • Content Creation: Writing and proofreading creative copy for brochures, press releases, website material, and social media posts.

  • Market Research: Conducting research and data analysis to identify target audiences, evaluate trends, and monitor competitor activity.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating with in-house designers, external agencies, and printers to produce high-impact marketing materials.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and preparing detailed reports on key metrics (KPIs).

  • Event Management: Organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is standard. Some employers, like the may prefer a Master's degree for specific roles.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a marketing or digital role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office and marketing software is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS (like WordPress), and analytics tools is often required.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
