Job Description

  • Handle with events, activation, campaigns and other projects based on monthly and yearly marketing plan.
  • Managing operational and administrative function to ensure specific project are delivered efficiently.
  • Prepare event proposal, checklist, budget plan from pre-production until finish event.
  • Delivery event on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectation.
  • Setting, communicating, and maintaining timeline and priorities on every project.
  • Managing and maintain supplier relationship and production costing to ensure the quality and delivery to each event.
  • Prepare Quarterly, Yearly marketing, and budget plan.
  • Managing events by travelling to each event location based on marketing plan.
  • Other task will assigned by Manager.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree of Marketing and management.
  • 1-2 years experience of sales/marketing, event management.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply for this role.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Knowledge about preparing marketing activities planning & Budget.
  • Acknowledge about event and project management skill.
  • Problem solving skill and resolution capabilities.
  • Willing to travel around country or project site area based on marketing plan.
