About the Client

Our client is a growing healthcare and dental technology company specializing in advanced clear aligner solutions. The company combines digital dentistry, innovative technology, and clinical expertise to provide customized orthodontic treatments that are comfortable, precise, and patient-focused. With a strong focus on innovation and improving dental care experiences, they are transforming the way people achieve confident smiles.

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our presence across Sri Lanka. The role involves building relationships with dental professionals, promoting our clear aligner solutions, generating new business opportunities, and supporting market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dental clinics and orthodontists in the assigned territory.
• Introduce and promote the company's clear aligner solutions.
• Identify and onboard new dental clinics and doctors.
• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and clinical demonstrations.
• Build long-term relationships with dentists and key opinion leaders.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
• Coordinate with customer support and clinical teams for seamless onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare, Dental, Medical Devices, Pharma, or B2B Marketing/Sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
