Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with a strong emphasis on Channel Marketing and Brand Activation for Fragrance & Beauty division. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business performance through channel partners, as well as planning and implementing impactful brand activations and events. This role will work closely with the trade, retail and product teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize ROI across all touchpoints.

Strategic Focus Areas:

  • Channel Marketing Activations Lead the design and execution of marketing activations across all channel touchpoints (online and offline), ensuring initiatives deliver exceptional client experiences and align with Brand and Marketing objectives to drive measurable business results.
  • Brand Event Management & Business Case Development Strategically plan and deliver brand activations and client-facing events, building robust business cases and engagement plans that enhance Brand Desirability, accelerate Client Acquisition, and maximize Retail Traffic and Conversion.
  • End-to-End Ownership & Performance Optimization Oversee the full lifecycle of events and activations—from planning and execution to post-event analytics. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Client Engagement & Experience Elevation Identify and leverage opportunities to deepen client engagement, consistently elevating the brand experience at every retail touchpoint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail, CRM, and Communications teams, delivering integrated activation programs that provide seamless client journeys and holistic brand experiences.
  • Annual Marketing Planning & Business Priority Alignment Shape and support the annual marketing plan, ensuring activation strategies directly advance key business priorities and deliver tangible impact.
  • E-Business & Omnichannel Synergy Champion the alignment of E-Business and omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring a unified brand presence and maximizing opportunities across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Trade Marketing Management:

· Develop and implement channel-specific activations that drive business growth, fully aligned with Brand and Marketing strategies.

· Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to optimize in-store visibility, maximizing retail performance and market capture.

· Partner with Retail and Client teams to proactively enhance client engagement and brand experience at retail touchpoints.

2.Channel Partner Engagement:

· Build and nurture strategic relationships with retailer and channel partners, developing partner-centric marketing strategies and co-branded initiatives.

· Equip partners with marketing materials, training, and campaign support to foster collaboration and shared success.

3.Brand Activation & Event Management:

· Plan and execute impactful client-facing events (e.g. pop-ups, podiums, workshops, instore events, sponsorships, sampling…).

· Deliver memorable brand experiences that reinforce brand awareness and desirability.

· Assess activation effectiveness, capturing client insights to inform future initiatives.

4.Campaign Management across Channel touchpoints:

· Lead end-to-end channel and activation campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimal client engagement across all platforms.

· Oversee content and website management to guarantee alignment of campaign messages, visuals, and brand standards across digital touchpoints.

· Monitor and analyze campaign and website performance, continuously optimizing for ROI and enhancing the client experience.

5.Market & Competitive Intelligence:

· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging best practices.

· Harness insights to drive differentiation and support strategic decision-making.

6.Budget & Resource Optimization:

Manage budgets for channel marketing and activation/ event projects, maximizing impact and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Administration
  • Mature and responsible. Demonstrates open mindedness, ability to listen, high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills
  • Ownership/ Entrepreneurship, ability to manage and coordinate activities within own functional unit, with other units within the organization as well as other organizations (suppliers / trade partners / contractors…)
  • Management/ Leadership, ability to inspire, involve and mentor subordinate and working group. Ability to create new ideas, work cooperatively, create consensus, coordinate with internal and overseas functions
  • Highly analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy. Good commercial acumen and business understanding, ability to recommend improvements to increase business and enhance brand image
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, and well-organized task complexity
  • Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentations. Both Vietnamese and English
  • Numerical skills: ease with numbers making control and analysis of numerical data effective

Work Experience

  • Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in Marketing and Event with retail organization. Retail management experience, definitely a plus. Ideally, successful experience in the cosmetics industry.
