Job Description

Role: Marketing Executive
Client: Leading Construction Developer
Essentials: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; 3+ years' marketing experience in property or building construction sectors.
Location: Dublin 4 on a hybrid model
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000
Package Bonus scheme, pension plan, health insurance, etc.
Progression: Our client loves to promote internally, there is no set timelines but they always reward diligent employees.

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update property portals, websites and external sales platforms
  • Maintain accurate development information across all digital channels
  • Generate and track leads through CRM, providing regular reporting and insights
  • Analyse enquiries, campaign performance and market trends
  • Coordinate with agencies on campaign planning and execution
  • Create and manage content across social media and internal platforms
  • Assist in the rollout of the annual marketing plan
  • Coordinate events, photoshoots, video and digital content production
  • Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with sales plans
  • Maintain brand consistency and manage marketing asset libraries
