Job Role

The Marketing Executive will support the company's business expansion initiatives by developing relationships with local and international manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia. This role focuses on business development, technical sales activities, and client relationship management within the industrial chemical and materials sector.

The position involves handling B2B sales activities for high-performance chemical products and industrial materials while acting as a communication bridge between clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, proactive, and capable of managing both technical-commercial discussions and long-term customer relationships in a dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from local and international companies operating in Indonesia.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including prospecting, negotiation, after-sales support, and account maintenance.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support sales and expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal management teams regarding technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and coordinate product deliveries.
  • Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Support technical-commercial presentations and discussions related to industrial chemical materials.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams regarding customer requirements and order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for expanding market share within targeted manufacturing sectors.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience selling B2B products or handling corporate clients within industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
  • Familiarity with trading operations, import/export processes, and industrial supply chain coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial raw materials, chemical products, or manufacturing applications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to penetrate new markets and build new client networks.
  • Confident, independent, and capable of handling professional discussions with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide market-driven business insights.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and relationship management capability.
  • Own a car and valid driver's license for frequent client visits.
