Anton Paar Vietnam is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The position is based at Anton Paar Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh and supports the execution of marketing activities for our scientific and industrial instrumentation business. Anton Paar Vietnam is part of the Anton Paar Group, which develops, produces, and distributes highly accurate laboratory instruments and process measuring systems, and provides custom-tailored automation and robotic solutions.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of B2B marketing experience who is eager to gain hands-on experience across wide range of Marketing from digital marketing, events, content and marketing communications in an international company.

Job Description

Please note: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 6 months which might be extended to 8 months

The job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Execute B2B marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including seminars, exhibitions, webinars, email marketing, social media, website, and Google Ads.
• Manage the company's digital communication channels, ensuring timely and engaging marketing content.
• Coordinate marketing events, including venue arrangements, registrations, promotional materials, logistics, and post-event reporting.
• Manage marketing activities in SAP CRM, including campaign creation, customer database maintenance, lead management, and reporting.
• Receive marketing leads, assign them to the appropriate Sales representatives, and monitor follow-up status.
• Coordinate translation and localization of marketing materials between English and Vietnamese.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using CRM, Business Warehouse, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, and exhibition equipment.
• Support the Sales and Application teams with marketing materials, webinars, customer events, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Anton Paar global branding and internal procedures.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing (industrial, scientific, technical, manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or similar industries preferred).
• Experience with digital marketing channels, event coordination, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
