The Marketing Executive supports the hotel’s marketing and communication efforts through the development, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns, digital content, and branding initiatives. The role ensures that all marketing activities are aligned with Crowne Plaza and IHG standards to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth

Marketing & Communications:
Support the implementation of the hotel’s marketing plan and promotional calendar.
Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading Arabic and English marketing content (press releases, flyers, social media posts, newsletters).
Coordinate marketing initiatives for rooms, F&B, events, and special campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials following IHG visual and tone guidelines.
Coordinate internal photo/video shoots and maintain the hotel’s image and creative asset library.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Manage daily social media content across approved platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support paid campaign management in collaboration with IHG Digital Marketing Team.
Track and analyze digital performance, engagement, and campaign ROI through reports.
Ensure hotel website content is accurate and updated.
Public Relations & Media Support:
Assist in coordinating media visits, influencer collaborations, and content partnerships.
Support the preparation of media kits, coverage reports, and press materials.
Maintain and update media contact databases.
Event & Promotion Coordination:
Support hotel events and activations by preparing promotional materials and on-site coverage.
Collaborate with departments (F&B, Rooms, Sales) to promote seasonal offers and celebrations.
Assist with sponsorship coordination and branding visibility in line with contracts.
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain organized records for marketing activities, invoices, and performance reports.
Track budget utilization and ensure proper documentation for all marketing expenditures.
Prepare monthly updates and presentations on marketing performance.
Required Skills –
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in content development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media management tools.
Basic understanding of digital analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience –
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
