We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the Philippines. Our ideal
candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience in social media management,
content creation, lead generation, and brand reputation management.
In this position, you will:
â Manage BetterMind’s organic social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok, and other relevant platforms
â Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, reels, and other marketing
materials
â Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
â Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
â Monitor and improve lead generation performance from organic marketing channels
â Analyze social media and website performance to identify opportunities for
improvement
â Track and report on key marketing metrics such as engagement, leads, conversion
rates, and audience growth
â Monitor and respond professionally to reviews, comments, and public inquiries
â Monitor online discussions and platforms for potential brand reputation or PR
concerns
â Escalate sensitive issues and participant concerns to management when necessary
â Support the optimization of Messenger, Instagram DM, and chatbot automation flows
â Coordinate with the Recruitment team to improve messaging and participant
conversion rates
â Assist in improving website content, landing pages, and overall user experience
â Support on-site marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities
â Create marketing materials for events, campaigns, and recruitment initiatives
â Research trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve BetterMind’s
marketing efforts
Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
â Has experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a
related field
â Is skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and editing tools
â Has strong written and verbal communication skills
â Is comfortable creating both creative and data-driven marketing campaigns
â Has experience analyzing performance metrics and making data-informed decisions
â Is proactive in identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
â Is organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
â Is comfortable handling public-facing communications and online communities
â Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills
â Team player
â Superb verbal and written communication skills
â Fluent in Tagalog and English
This is a full-time position located in Quezon City, Philippines (on-site).
