About the Job

Our client is F&B company. We are seeking a creative, trend-aware, and cheerful professional to join a close-knit, dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the brand's digital presence across key social media platforms while working closely with an external marketing agency and aligning with world-class international brand guidelines.

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Lead daily operations for Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook, including content creation and media planning.
  • Visual Content Creation: Take and edit high-quality photos independently for social media platforms; collaborate with the design team to produce graphic designs for product promotions.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Maintain and update online product listings, including copywriting, SEO optimization, and banner updates.
  • Integrated Marketing & Events: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns; write, edit, and proofread marketing materials. Handle event duties such as brand collaborations, store openings, in-store photography, and building relationships with shopping mall leasing teams.
  • Data Insights: Prepare marketing reports and perform data analysis to track business trends and optimize sales performance.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail promotion and marketing. Fresh graduate also welcome to apply.
  • Strong skills in independent photography and photo-editing, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook Ads Manager. Knowledge of Xiaohongshu, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, and data analytics is a significant advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Cooperative personality with the ability to follow guidelines.
