Job Description

1. Integrated 360° Marketing Execution

· Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

· Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail animations, and key brand moments to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

· Work closely with internal teams, principals, landlords, retail partners, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign rollouts.

· Translate global brand directions into locally relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences and market needs.

2. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

· Support marketing activities for escentials e-commerce platforms and digital channels.

· Coordinate homepage updates, campaign assets, landing pages, product storytelling, promotional mechanics, and online exclusives.

· Partner closely with e-commerce teams to drive traffic, conversion, average order value, and customer retention.

· Support digital advertising, social media campaigns, CRM initiatives, and paid media execution.

· Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

· Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations.

3. CRM & Customer Engagement

· Support CRM initiatives including EDMs, WhatsApp communications, loyalty campaigns, event invitations, and customer retention programs.

· Assist in customer journey planning, segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.

· Coordinate campaign content and ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Retail Marketing & Consumer Experience

· Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive footfall, sell-through, and customer engagement.

· Support store openings, festive activations, sampling programs, gifting campaigns, pop-ups, and customer experiences.

· Work closely with retail operations and store teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

· Ensure brand visibility and premium customer experience standards are consistently maintained across boutiques and counters.

5. Visual Merchandising & POSM

· Coordinate visual merchandising guidelines and campaign rollouts across stores, counters, and department stores.

· Ensure VM and POSM executions are aligned with brand image, launch priorities, and promotional calendars.

· Monitor in-store execution quality and consistency across key retail locations.

· Liaise with suppliers and production partners on POSM development, fabrication, and installation.

6. Niche Fragrance & Department Store Support

· Support marketing initiatives for niche fragrance and luxury beauty brands within escentials and department store environments.

· Coordinate counter animations, discovery programs, sampling activities, and launch support for retail partners.

· Partner with sales teams and retail stakeholders to drive awareness, recruitment, and category growth.

· Maintain elevated brand storytelling and luxury customer experiences across all fragrance touchpoints.

7. Events, PR & Partnerships

· Support the planning and execution of media events, influencer engagements, customer events, workshops, and masterclasses.

· Coordinate event logistics, guest management, briefing materials, gifting, and post-event reporting.

· Assist in managing PR seeding, media kits, and launch communications.

· Identify and support partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

8. Budgeting, Reporting & Market Analysis

· Monitor marketing expenses, budget utilization, vendor quotations, and PO/invoice processing.

· Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, retail activations, customer engagement, and competitor activities.

· Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.

Requirements

· At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry.

· Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.

· Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.

· Knowledge of market research and consumer trends.

· Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects.

· Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.

· Proficient with Digital Marketing Tools & Microsoft Office tools.
