Location: Panama City, Panama (On-site, 5 days/week) or Remote – Colombia

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience supporting marketing operations and digital initiatives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, SEO efforts, and technology-driven marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact campaign performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven marketing outcomes across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and day-to-day operations
Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Contribute to SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
Utilize AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign efficiency
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers as needed
Help manage and update marketing content across websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
Track campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems
Must-Have Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and lead generation strategies
Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging technology for marketing optimization
Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing tools, CRM systems)
Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Ability to work collaboratively while supporting a senior marketing lead
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in B2B environments such as professional services, legal, or consulting firms
Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of content marketing and performance analytics
