Job Description

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help promote our brand and properties across multiple marketing channels while supporting lead generation, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our brand and properties.
• Create engaging content for brochures, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, including content calendars and engagement initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events such as property launches and open houses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze basic marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Help maintain and update the company website with current content and visuals.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral and lead generation efforts.
• Assist in running Google and Meta ad campaigns, SEO activities, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, social media management, and content management systems.
• Creative mindset with basic analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a UAE driving license and a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
