We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Executive supports the implementation of the marketing strategy, ensuring that all marketing activities reflect the essence of the SLS brand and drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the hotel’s marketing and digital communication strategy, including F&B brands.
  • Manage the brand’s social media channels end-to-end (planning, publishing, and community management).
  • Coordinate content planning and creation aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Provide real-time coverage of hotel events and activations.
  • Contribute to the development of creative initiatives and strategic collaborations to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and propose continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and activations.
  • Provide operational support to the marketing department in day-to-day activities.
  • Identify opportunities and trends to strengthen the hotel’s positioning within the digital landscape.

Qualifications

What we are looking for...

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or luxury marketing.
  • Proven experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Strong experience in planning, creating and managing editorial calendars for social media and digital channels.
  • High level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of team collaboration and leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
