EFG is the partner of choice for leading food & beverage brands in Southeast Asia like Minor Food (like The Pizza Company, Swensens) & Food Passion Group and for North American brands like International Dairy Queen, Krispy Kreme and Texas (Churchs) Chicken.

EFG is majority owned by RMA Group Thailand, with minority holdings by Lombard Investments Thailand and local shareholder partners in Laos and Myanmar.

We have established in Laos since 2010. EFG Laos, we have operated in Vientiane Capital, Pakse and Luang Prabang provinces including The Pizza Company, Swensens, Dairy Queen, Texas Chicken, Hungry, Boost Juice and Kamu Tea! Our team is growing and we are looking for a new talent to join us

Position: Marketing Officer /Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Job Responsibilities

• Plan the annual strategic Marketing calendar (LTO, NP, Special offers, Promotions, festivities), mainly for B2C campaigns (and also B2C/B2G), including online and offline communication and budget and all channels (dine-in, take-away, deliveries)
• Launch all campaigns on-time and build their executive report, including sales analysis
• Coordinate planning and execution of the Marketing calendars with the franchisor (Quarterly review)
• Manage the Facebook page of the brand, and other platform's pages (e.g. Tiktok)
• Get quotes and order the right material for the campaigns
• Monthly forecast of the sales and review accordingly with the supply chain team
• Monthly review of the stores' stock with the supply chain team to anticipate the use of ending shelf-life products and create special campaigns to avoid the waste (excess and obsolete)
• Lead the new branding campaign and Marketing plans for stores' opening
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer in the design of all artworks of the brand for social media digital contents (articles, games, quiz,...) and for off-line communication (stickers, banners, leaflets, billboards, OOM)

Requirements:

• Any degree or certification related to Marketing would be an advantage (not necessary)
• 2+ years experience to drive marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing principles, brand and product/service preferred
• Basic-Good level (written/verbal) Lao and English skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook is an advantage (not necessary)
• Interpersonal skills: active listening, caring, leadership, energy, curiosity, creativity, high responsibility
