ALLEN Online is seeking a Marketing Executive – Activations & Operations to drive seamless execution of on-ground and traditional marketing initiatives across regions. This role is for someone who thrives on structure and precision — managing multiple activations, vendors, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for executing BTL activations and traditional media rollouts — from school events and seminars to OOH and Print campaigns. You will work closely with regional marketing teams, academic operations, agencies, legal and finance to make sure every campaign runs on time, on budget, and on brand.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments where deadlines are tight and impact is visible.

Job Responsibilities

BTL Activations & On-Ground Execution: Plan and execute on-ground activations within schools, societies, and beyond. Work closely with regional teams and local vendors to ensure smooth execution, logistics management, and brand consistency.

Traditional Media Coordination: Manage rollout of OOH, print, flyers, and other traditional media campaigns. Coordinate with agencies and regional teams for media planning, placement, and monitoring. Ensure that all creative and brand assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Student & Parent Engagement: Coordinate efforts to identify and engage students and parents for marketing content, webinars, and alumni programs. Manage communication, scheduling, gratification and approval processes to ensure a positive and professional experience.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central link between marketing, academic operations, legal, sales and other functions. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign plans and materials, ensuring necessary approvals and execution timelines are met. Facilitate smooth communication and accountability across teams.

Vendor & Agency Management: Identify and manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials. Onboard, track invoices, approvals, and payment status in close coordination with finance, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Finance & Budget Tracking: Own the financial workflow for marketing execution — including vendor payments, spend tracking, and budget reconciliation. Maintain accurate trackers and ensure transparency in all marketing spends.

Reporting & Insights: Collect and maintain reports and performance metrics for activations providing insights on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and operational efficiency to support data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, traditional media execution, or marketing operations.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.

  • Proven experience working with regional teams and external vendors.

  • Strong understanding of traditional media formats (OOH, print, flyers) and events.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and functions.

  • High ownership mindset — proactive, dependable, and solution-focused.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and find effective solutions in fast-paced situations.

  • Comfortable managing budgets, payments, and operational trackers with accuracy.

  • Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and vendor coordination.
