By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program you will build a specialized career at the intersection of customer understanding, market research, analytics, and business decision-making. This full-time 24-month experience combines the rotational development model of MEP with focused exposure to Research, Analytics & Impact and related customer, strategy, measurement, and marketing analytics work.
What you’ll do:
Deep experience translating customer, market, brand, and business data into actionable recommendations.
Exposure to research methodologies, analytics practices, measurement approaches, and insight activation.
Opportunity to shape decisions through executive-ready storytelling and clear business recommendations.
Broader MEP development including mentorship, coaching, networking, cohort learning, and leadership development.
Preparation for future roles in consumer insights, marketing research, analytics, customer strategy, marketing science, and business impact measurement.
What you’ll bring:

What you’ll need:
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Master in Marketing Research, Marketing Research, Consumer Insights or related advanced degree program.
Demonstrated experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
Strong analytical, synthesis, presentation, and communication skills.
Interest in customer insights, research, analytics, marketing strategy, measurement, or business impact roles.
Ability to translate research findings into business implications and executive-ready recommendations.
Our Marketing Excellence Program professionals earn an annual salary between the range of $105,600 - $158,400, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
