Job DetailsJob Location: 4000 HOLLYWOOD BLVD SUITE 215-S - HOLLYWOOD, FL 33021Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.63 - $24.03Job Category: MarketingThe Marketing Events Project Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end project management of DermCare’s marketing events, including patient events, grand openings, open houses, community outreach initiatives, conferences, sponsorships, and promotional activations.
This role serves as the bridge between Marketing and Operations and is the primary owner of event timelines, logistics, and cross-functional coordination - ensuring that events are executed on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and experienced in managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of marketing events from concept through execution and post-event wrap-up
Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including patient appreciation events, practice openings, community events, conferences, and sponsorship activations
Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and checklists
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for practices, vendors, venues, and external partners related to events
Oversee event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, signage, staffing, promotional materials, and on-site execution
Ensure all events align with DermCare and individual practice brand guidelines
Coordinate event-related marketing support, including email campaigns, social media promotion, paid media, and print collateral
Track event performance metrics such as attendance, lead generation, and post-event outcomes
Manage post-event follow-up, reporting, and lessons learned to improve future events
Maintain centralized event calendars, documentation, and vendor lists
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in event marketing, project management, or marketing operations
Proven experience managing marketing or promotional events end-to-end
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with marketing channels used to promote events (email, social, paid media, print)
Experience in healthcare, multi-location organizations, aesthetics, or agency environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for on-site event execution
Ability to work on-site at DermCare’s Hollywood, FL corporate office
