Lunaphore (a BioTechne brand) is seeking aMarketing & Events Managerto support the execution of scientific conferencesand field marketing activities across global regions.You willcoordinateplanning,logistics, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help build complex event agendas that support our scientific outreach, while ensuringalignment with brand and content strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate participation in life sciences’conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops across EMEA, US, and APAC

  • Manage communication and relationships with multiple stakeholders, including commercial teams,internalscientific stakeholders,and external conferenceorganizers.

  • Support the development of complex scientific event agendas, ensuring alignment of speaker schedules, session topics, and content delivery workflows.

  • Drivelogisticsand operational planning including boothvendor(s)coordinationand onsite support

  • Proposeand executeimprovements to event workflows, documentation, and processes to ensure smooth and scalable event execution.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation processes and event followup are executedconsistently.

  • Perform KPI setting,metricstracking, and performance reporting on a regular basis.

  • Be available for global travel up to 7-8 weeksa year.

Qualifications

  • Education in Business, Event Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Event Management in the private sector, managing presence at global conferences including boothexhibitionsand symposia. Experience in a scientific, technical, or life sciences environment is a strong plus.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Autonomy and proactivity: you will manage multiple projects and deadlines where you will need to appropriately prioritize, executemultipletasks, and adapt to a dynamic event calendar with limited supervision, whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality.

  • Strong communicationskills: you will work,coordinate,and interact with diverse teams and external partnerswith a variety of needs, where strong alignment isrequired

  • Attention to detail: you must have the ability toestablishprocedures and manage operational tasks withrigorand reliability.

  • Flexibility and adaptability: You must be comfortable working in a constantly evolving role with a wide variety of tasks and new challenges.

  • Commercially-orientedyoumust always strive to improve the quality of work and services the Events team provides to the organization, alwaysseekinghow to improve business performance and overall results.
